- Shipping:
- Parts & accessories are subject to a flat rate UK delivery charge of £6.95 to cover post & packaging.
- Overseas shipping by air mail can be arranged to most countries, we will always advise on the shipping cost
- All UK orders will normally be delivered within 5 working days, often sooner.
- If in the rare occurence an item is out of stock, we will inform you within 24 hours of order placement
- Please note that we are unable to mail order bicycles, these are store collect only
If you have to return a product for any reason, please contact us on 01223 847100 so that we can handle your return quickly and with a minimum of fuss for you. We are a small company and therefore you will not need to fill out online forms and jump through hoops to return a product. Please read our terms and conditions for returning goods below:
For a refund or exchange, goods must be returned at your own cost within 7 days of receipt, must be in their original packaging and must not be used. For faulty, broken or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help solve the problem without resorting to returning items etc.
